Professional cleaning is skilled, physical work, and we believe the people providing that service deserve compensation that reflects the value of what they do.
Our Standard Pricing already includes base compensation for your Cleaning Professional, averaging approximately 40% of the hourly service price, which is consistent with common industry compensation structures.
We also recognize that industry-standard compensation and a living wage are not necessarily the same thing.
Our optional Uplift Initiative gives clients a way to go further—first by increasing compensation for their Cleaning Professional, and then by helping us build the programs and resources that make a more sustainable service model possible.
Participation is always optional. Standard Pricing remains available to every client.
Every Uplift level begins with Living Wage Support paid directly to your Cleaning Professional.
A living wage isn't one universal number. It varies based on location, household size, family circumstances, and other factors.
That's why our Uplift levels don't represent different definitions of a living wage. They represent increasing levels of support clients can choose to provide toward that goal.
Uplift also includes Collective Karma, flexible shared resources Karma Diva can reinvest in workforce support, client benefits, community programs, and the infrastructure needed to sustain them.
