Getting Started Process

Photo-Based Intake & Virtual Consultation

After filling out our intake form and scheduling your consultation, services begin with a photo-based intake and brief virtual meeting. This allows us to review your space in advance and prepare a clear plan for your service.

Our Service Estimator tool provides a starting point for financial planning. Final service time and pricing are refined during your Initial Service Phase and typically become consistent by the second or third visit.

Initial Reset Phase

All homes begin with an Initial Reset Service Phase, designed to bring the space up to your desired standard.

Depending on the size, condition, and level of detail in the home, this phase may be completed:

• In a single extended visit for smaller or well-maintained spaces, or
• Over a series of visits for larger or more detailed homes

This approach ensures quality, consistency, and attention to detail without rushing the process.
